TPAC Playhouse
The TPAC Playhouse is excited to introduce Play in a Day, a new one day theatrical experience designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and storytelling.
Play in a Day is a fast paced workshop where students work together to create, rehearse, and perform an original play all in a single day. Each experience is shaped by the students involved, meaning no two workshops are ever the same. It’s a great opportunity to build skills, confidence, and creative momentum in a supportive environment.
Ages: 8 – 14
Cost: $65 per student

Rodgers & Hammerstein’s first collaboration remains, in many ways, their most innovative, setting the standards and rules of modern musical theatre. In a Western territory just after the turn of the 20th century, a high-spirited rivalry between local farmers and cowboys provides a colorful background for Curly, a charming cowboy, and Laurey, a feisty farm girl, to play out their love story. Their romantic journey, as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road, contrasts with the comic exploits of brazen Ado Annie and hapless Will Parker in a musical adventure embracing hope, determination and the promise of a new land.

Atascadero Fine Arts Academy Dancers
The Atascadero Fine Arts Academy is a public school serving 4th through 8th Grade. Students receive academic core and specialty classes daily. Fine Arts offers classes in Choir, Strings, Dance, Drama, Drums, Visual Arts, Photography, and Creative Writing. Born to Perform is a combination of dances performed by students from the dance classes, and students who have auditioned their own choreographed dances. This one night production consists of 24 dances of different varieties. It is sure to please all who attend. Proceeds from ticket sales will be used towards the beautiful Templeton PAC fees. Proceeds will also benefit Honors Dancers who will perform live on stage inside Disney California Adventure theme park on May 1st.
